Tasq Staffing Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a travel account in Cebu City. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, upsell services, and build customer profiles to improve satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma with BPO or sales experience, strong English skills, and willingness to work on-site in Cebu with shifting hours. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with 6 months international BPO voice experience OR 1 year sales experience in any industry.
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English.
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Cebu City and in shifting schedules.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
