Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Dispatch, Operations Support, Logistics or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer, chauffeur, and partner inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and coordinate bookings to ensure successful service fulfillment.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Review and verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain and update records in internal systems and databases.
• Monitor document renewals and follow up on pending requirements.
• Support administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives.
