SM Supermalls is seeking a Transportation Specialist/Officer to oversee audit and compliance activities across Carpark, Terminal, Helipad, Valet, and EV Charging Station Operations. You will ensure policy alignment, data validation, and performance monitoring across regions, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Carpark Management/operations/audit/compliance.
• Experience in mall operations management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the validation and consolidation of audit and compliance reports across all transportation functions.
• Review regional submissions for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to corporate standards.
• Coordinate with Unit Managers, regional teams, and service providers for policy and compliance updates.
• Lead the preparation of compliance dashboards, summaries, and analysis reports.
• Oversee the monitoring of valet and EV charging service providers for compliance with SLAs and technical standards.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on findings and ensure implementation tracking.
• Lead in the development and updating of transportation monitoring templates, standards, and audit tools.
