Job summary

You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, while supporting admin duties and responding to facility concerns to minimize disruption and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in building administration or facilities management.
• Supervisory experience in maintenance and safety.
• Familiar with safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees housekeeping and maintenance activities to ensure cleanliness, order, and upkeep within policy and budget.
• Monitors facilities and utilities operations through inspections and repairs coordination to ensure efficient mall operations.
• Acts as the mall Safety Officer to uphold safety and security standards and assist in construction/renovation monitoring.
• Provides administrative support by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Attends trainings and contributes to organizational development initiatives.

Position description: Supervise maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities and equipment in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness that is crucial for the business to achieve its strategic and financial goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversees housekeeping and maintenance activities to ensure the mall’s cleanliness, order, and upkeep — including janitorial, landscaping, pest control, and minor repair works within policy and budget limits.
• Monitors facilities and utilities operations by conducting regular inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and tracking energy and water consumption to ensure efficient, reliable mall operations.
• Ensures tenant satisfaction and mall safety by assisting in construction and renovation monitoring, reviewing plans for compliance, addressing site issues, and acting as the mall’s Safety Officer to uphold safety and security standards.
• Provides general administrative support by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal departments, and serving as reliever for key custodian and warehouse functions when needed.
• Promotes continuous learning and professional growth by attending training programs, executing individual development plans, and contributing technical expertise to organizational training initiatives.
