Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a detail‑oriented Carpark Operations Support to help with day‑to‑day administrative tasks within the department at SM City BF Paranaque.

You will coordinate with malls, operators, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth project implementation, prepare and submit reports, and handle refunds and cashier verification. The role also includes assisting in customer service and ticket booth duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience in admin or operations.
• Willingness to support day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support in processing documents, coordinating requirements, and handling day-to-day tasks.
• Coordinate with malls, operators, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Prepare and submit reports such as daily, monthly, and transaction-related documentation to management.
• Handle financial transactions including refunds, digital wallet records, and verification of cashier reports.
• Assist in customer service operations by addressing complaints and performing ticket booth duties when needed.
