Job summary

SPX Express in Metro Manila seeks a Compliance Coordinator to ensure all SPX facilities stay compliant with government regulations year-round. You will monitor end-to-end permits, coordinate with LGUs and partners, and track insurance submissions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and willingness to travel. Experience with BPLO and BIR is a plus for navigating LGU regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable on processing of business permits (renewal, new, retirements) and other regulatory compliance for Warehouse.
• Keen attention to details and has good communication skills to build rapport with different LGU offices (BPLO and BIR).
• Knowledge of differences between permit requirements and how to secure and navigate changes from LGU to LGU.
• Must be willing to travel and can multitask.
• Having a connection with different LGUs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process end-to-end government compliances for SPX facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize and avoid risks for facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Monitor internal stakeholders (hub personnel) for submissions needed for insurance enrollment.
• Monitor external partners’ compliance requirements - ensure SPX’s partners are also compliant with their own requirements.
• Diligently update and track statuses for hubs’ compliance for all facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Communicate with Internal Stakeholder management and partner lessors.
• LGU relationship building and management.
