Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Associate to support day-to-day transport and operational activities across Visayas and Mindanao. You will coordinate with drivers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution and adherence to standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in transportation operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Shift work and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or logistics
• Familiarity with transport operations workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple priorities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; dashboards/helpful
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily transport operations to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders to address needs
• Monitor activities, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions
• Investigate incidents and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, policies, and standards
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation of activities
• Analyze data and trends to identify recurring issues and improvements
• Assist in implementing processes to boost efficiency and service quality
• Escalate complex or high-impact concerns to the appropriate teams
• Perform other operational tasks and projects as assigned
