You will coordinate with drivers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to service standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of transportation operations, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, delivery, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and other operational stakeholders to address concerns and operational requirements.
• Monitor operational activities, identify issues or delays, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Investigate operational incidents and provide timely and accurate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to established operational processes, policies, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Escalate complex or high-impact operational concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Perform other operational tasks and projects as assigned.
