Job summary

Lalamove is seeking Operations Associates to support day-to-day transport and operational activities across Visayas and Mindanao. You will coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and service quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
1–2 years in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility or related industry.
Familiarity with transport operations workflows and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support daily transport operations to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to address needs.
Monitor activities, identify delays, and coordinate resolutions.
Investigate operational incidents and provide updates.
Ensure adherence to processes, policies, and service standards.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation of operational activities.
Analyze data and trends to identify recurring issues and improvements.
Assist in implementing process improvements to boost efficiency.
Escalate complex or high-impact concerns to the right teams.
Perform other operational tasks and projects as assigned.
