Job summary

Lalamove is seeking an Operations Associate to support day-to-day transport and operational activities across Visayas and Mindanao. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or related field.
• Familiarity with transport operations and driver/partner coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily transport operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and others to address concerns.
• Monitor activities, identify issues or delays, and coordinate resolutions.
• Investigate operational incidents and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to processes, policies and service standards.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation of activities.
• Analyze data to identify recurring issues and improvements.
• Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Perform other operational tasks and projects as assigned.
