Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, or fleet management.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing teams.
• Strong knowledge of trucking operations, fleet maintenance, and driver management.
• Ability to develop budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trucking operations and fleet utilization.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Plan driver scheduling, dispatching, and route assignments.
• Monitor compliance with regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Prepare management reports on fleet performance, costs, and KPIs.
