Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage imports into Australia across Air, LCL and FCL. You will liaise with third‑party transport operators and support the Operations team with accurate job registrations in Cargo Wise.

This role requires hands‑on experience in Australian freight forwarding, strong coordination skills, and the ability to multi‑task. You will ensure timely invoicing, accurate documentation, and seamless handoffs to Billing and

Qualifications

• Must have experience in an Australian freight forwarding company.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in transport co-ordination.
• Must have had experience with import jobs into Australia.
• Must be organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ideally have exposure to, or have done, registration of jobs/shipments into Cargo Wise.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate FCL/Air/LCL sea Import deliveries into Australia
• Track availability of import containers and send out EDO to transport companies
• Fulfil shipment requests while ensuring the service level agreement is met
• Chase and update outturn field in system and ensure that every outturn report is sent on time for booking and delivery to avoid storage costs at Customer Freight Station (CFS) depots
• Monitor and chase every invoice, co-loader invoice, delivery order, and outturn report document before the ETA to avoid discrepancies in the job before it arrives
• Check all shipment details in the documents provided by the shipping line and clarify discrepancies or mismatched details before uploading to avoid errors
• Chase EDO, check and upload in e-docs in Cargo Wise once received
• Chase, analyse and post Cartage Invoices
• Be proficient in managing and tracking work in Cargo-Wise One
• Register jobs and shipments of Air, LCL, Sea freight into Cargo Wise
• Track shipments by ensuring any changes to shipment details are updated into Cargo Wise
• Ensure ETA and other key job registration details are correct so that downstream processes such as Billing and Transport for the customer are correctly managed

About the role

You will co-ordinate collections and delivery of imports into Australia for customers on a mix of Air, LCL and FCL with third party transport operators. You will also support and provide back up to the Operations team with the registration of Air, LCL and FCL jobs, interchanging between the two teams as needed to ensure seamless processes to customers.
