Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is hiring a Transition - Program Lead (Director) to lead end-to-end transition and migration programs for global clients from our BGC, Taguig facility. The role oversees planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, go-live readiness and stabilization across multi-workstream programs, coordinating with Delivery, HR, Training, Quality, and PMO.

The position requires extensive experience in BPM and large-scale transitions, with on-site work in a high-pressure

Qualifications

• At least 12-18 years of overall experience in BPM, shared services, outsourcing, GCC, transformation or program management.
• Good grasp of Project Management to deliver successful end-to-end transitions/projects.
• At least 8 years of experience leading complex transitions, migrations, carve-outs, build-operate-transfer programs or large outsourcing engagements.
• On-site work setup. Must be able to work well in a high-pressure environment. Must be flexible and willing to work in varying shifts, night shift included. Experience must be results and service-oriented, and ability to move forward without complete information.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-workstream, multi-location or multi-country transition programs.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders across global time zones.
• Exposure to one or more domains such as Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, HR or related business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple medium to large-scale transition, migration, transformation or outsourcing programs.
• Own the transition lifecycle across Planning, Process Definition, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp-up, Go-Live and Stabilization.
• Establish integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, governance forums, tollgates and communication cadence.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's transition methodology, contractual commitments and quality standards.
• Act as the primary transition interface for client leaders, operations teams, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.
• Lead executive governance reviews, SteerCos, operational reviews, decisions and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Delivery, Technology, HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, Quality, Facilities, Compliance and PMO.
• Manage expectations, drive decisions and resolve issues across client and internal teams.
• Drive process, SOP, technology, access, infrastructure, controls and workforce readiness.
• Ensure completion and sign-off of Process Definition and Knowledge Transfer deliverables.
• Monitor hiring, onboarding, training, knowledge assessments, ramp-up and production readiness.
• Define and track go-live entry criteria, stabilization measures and handover to steady-state operations.
• Own RAID management, mitigation plans, contingency options and executive escalation of critical risks.
• Track transition health, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements and recovery actions.
• Manage transition budgets and resource utilization where applicable.
• Own or support alignment of transition SLAs, KPIs and acceptance criteria through completion.
• Lead Transition Managers, PMO resources, Process Definition consultants and workstream leads. Coach transition professionals and build a culture of accountability, collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Provide clear direction during ambiguity and maintain momentum across geographically distributed teams.
