Zusammenfassung

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transitions and migrations into a global shared services environment. The role oversees planning, knowledge transfer, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and handover with minimal business disruption.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in transition and 5+ years in migration or transformation management, preferably with BPO/GBS exposure, and holds PMP/PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in BPO/Shared Services/GBS preferred.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end transitions across multiple teams/locations.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with global teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end transition and migration programs across multiple functions and locations.
• Develop transition plans, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Assess processes for migration readiness, standardization, simplification, and improvement.
• Manage knowledge transfer, operational readiness, go-live, and stabilization.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and collaborate with global business leaders and shared services teams.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, financial benefits, and transition performance.
• Strengthen transition methodologies, governance, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in transition, migration, or transformation management.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing complex, end-to-end transitions across multiple teams and locations.
• Strong background in project/program management, PMO governance, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with global teams.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, change management, and financial benefits realization is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
