Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transitions and migrations into a global shared services environment. The role oversees planning, knowledge transfer, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and handover with minimal business disruption.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in transition and 5+ years in migration or transformation management, preferably with BPO/GBS exposure, and holds PMP/PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years experience with at least 5 in transition, migration or transformation management.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services/GBS preferred.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end transitions across multiple teams/locations.
• Strong PMO governance, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness background.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with global teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition and migration programs across functions and locations.
• Develop transition plans, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Assess processes for migration readiness, standardization, and improvement.
• Manage knowledge transfer, go-live, and stabilization.
• Drive stakeholder alignment with global leaders and shared services teams.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and transition performance.
• Strengthen transition methodologies and continuous improvement.
