Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, transformation, shared services, transition, or operations.
• 3-5 years of people leadership or team management.
• Experience in process documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and change initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
