Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking a Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transition efforts, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while transferring services from external vendors to the internal team.

You will coordinate across technical and business units, manage risks, and act as the main point of contact for transition-related issues, with a focus on knowledge transfer and stabilisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Transition Manager.
• Project Management and ITIL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end transition plans with timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across technical and business teams and manage risks.
• Serve as the primary contact for transition-related issues and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the move from a current operational environment to a new one happens smoothly on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations. At the same time making sure smooth, timely, and risk-free transition of services from the external vendor to the internal team by developing and executing end-to-end transition plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Develop the transition plan, timeline, milestones, and risk register.
• Coordinate activities across all technical and business teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transition-related issues.
• Manage communication with executives, stakeholders, and the outgoing vendor.
• Ensure compliance with contractual exit obligations.
• Track and report progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Manage cutover and hypercare activities (stabilization period).
• Ensure full knowledge transfer to internal staff is completed and validated.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management or related field

Preferred/Advantageous

• Project Management Certifications
• ITIL Certification

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Transition Manager
• Can work Full onsite (Cubao)
