About the role

We are seeking a Transition Director to join INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead complex programme and project transitions within the Information & Communication Technology sector. As Transition Director, you will be responsible for orchestrating and overseeing the movement of business processes, systems, and teams during critical transition phases. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless handovers, minimising business disruption, and delivering successful outcomes for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will work on-site in Taguig City, Metro Manila, providing strategic direction and hands-on management of transition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans that outline scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and success metrics

• Lead cross-functional transition teams comprising internal staff, external partners, and client representatives to ensure coordinated efforts

• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the transition process, providing regular updates and addressing concerns

• Identify, assess, and mitigate transition-related risks, developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions
