Job summary

Weichai Singapore Pte Ltd in Philippines is seeking a (Senior) Sales Engineer, Power Systems to drive growth for generator sets and power solutions. You will identify opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and support projects from enquiry to order, working with customers, contractors, consultants, channel partners, and internal teams.

The role requires a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, 1–3 years in sales engineering or business development, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
1–3 years in sales engineering, business development, or related roles.
Experience in generator sets, power generation, or industrial equipment preferred.
Fluent English and strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the Philippines and abroad.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities for generator sets and power solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and tenders with internal teams.
Support projects from enquiry to order execution and delivery.
Engage with customers, contractors, consultants, and partners.
Coordinate quotations, delivery, and project schedules.
Provide cross-functional input on pricing, market developments, and product needs.
