Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–6 years of sales experience in power or electrical equipment.
• Solid knowledge of transformers, generators, gensets, or busduct systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target segments.
• Promote and sell transformers, generators, gensets, and busduct systems.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams for pricing and delivery.
• Conduct technical presentations and meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams for execution and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports.

The role involves developing new customers, managing existing accounts, understanding technical requirements, and providing suitable power solutions along with after-sales service coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and EPC segments.
• Promote and sell transformers, generators, gensets, and busduct systems.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams for pricing and delivery.
• Conduct technical presentations and meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams for execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in sales within the power or electrical equipment industry.
• Good knowledge of transformers, generators, gensets, or busduct systems.

Skills:

• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel.
