You’ll manage scopes, milestones, risks, and reporting, using data to support business cases and ensure adoption of change initiatives. This role suits a proactive leader with 3+ years in PM, a business/IT background, and a passion for structured execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience may be considered but is not required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, PMO, or similar roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to technology/operations projects or IT collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies into clear project scopes, plans, and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation with objectives, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Lead day-to-day management of cross-functional projects with defined milestones and owners.
• Coordinate work across teams, drive alignment, resolve issues, escalate risks as needed.
• Prepare concise leadership-ready reports on status, risks, and actions.
• Use stakeholder input to support business cases and track impact of initiatives.
• Support change initiatives with communication, training, and feedback loops.
• Contribute to frameworks, standards, and tooling for Strategic Enablement.
