Job summary

Philippine Batteries Incorporated is seeking an HCM Change Management Lead to drive the successful implementation of the HCM system across the organization.

You will bridge HR, IT, and business units, develop adoption strategies, plan training, and create user guides, training materials, and onboarding sessions.

This role collaborates with HR, business leaders, and the HCM team to monitor adoption, report metrics, and support readiness for new modules and releases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HCM change management and adoption strategy.
• Lead communication and awareness campaigns for HCM initiatives and enhancements.
• Plan and facilitate end-user training, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
• Create and maintain user guides, quick reference guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Monitor user adoption and identify opportunities to improve engagement and system utilization.
• Gather user feedback and collaborate with the HCM team to enhance user experience.
• Coordinate HCM Champions and Super Users across business units.
• Support organizational readiness for new modules, features, and system releases.
• Track and report adoption metrics and change management activities to project leadership.

This role bridges HR, IT, and functional teams, The HCM Change Management Lead partners with HR, business leaders, and the HCM team to plan and execute change management strategies that support the successful implementation and continuous adoption of the system. The role develops communication plans, delivers training programs, creates user support materials, and monitors adoption to improve user experience and process compliance.
