Job summary

eBiZolution Incorporated is seeking a Transformation and Development Manager to collaborate with Service Engagement, Customer Management, Service Delivery and Operational Leads. The role focuses on driving the Client Journey, planning project tasks, timelines and resources, and aligning training and change management across teams.

You will oversee project teams, ensure delivery aligns with client expectations, and drive training programs to meet evolving needs of clientele and industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, IT/CS or equivalent.
• At least 3 years as Project Manager or equivalent in IT/BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify project goals, scope, and create a project plan with tasks, timelines and resources.
• Identify and monitor training needs, design training programs, policies and procedures.
• Verify work quality by applying core procedures, processes, metrics and methodologies.
• Communicate with team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, monitor progress.
