eBiZolution Incorporated is seeking a Transformation and Development Manager to collaborate with Service Engagement, Customer Management, Service Delivery and Operational Leads. The role focuses on driving the Client Journey, planning project tasks, timelines and resources, and aligning training and change management across teams.

You will oversee project teams, ensure delivery aligns with client expectations, and drive training programs to meet evolving needs of clientele and industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, IT/CS or equivalent.
• At least 3 years as Project Manager or equivalent in IT/BPO environment.

Job description

The Transformation and Development Manager shall work closely with the Service Engagement, Customer Management, Service Delivery and Operational Leads to drive the Client Journey.

• Identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required

• Identify and monitor training needs in the project, design, and plan training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.

• Verify that work is consistently and effectively performed and create deliverables according to established core procedures, processes, measurements and methodologies.

• Communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.

• Drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.

• Oversee project team to meet the client's vision and attain or exceed their expectations.

• Manage expectations to ensure everyone understands their roles, responsibilities and the overall goals of the project.

• Develops training and development programs and objectives.

• Review existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.

• Responsible for change management acting as liaisons between different departments or teams to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding these changes to ensure that corporate requirements are met.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, IT/Computer Science, or any of its equivalent.

• With at least 3-year experience as Project Manager or equivalent position preferably in an IT project or BPO environment

Competencies:

• Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.

• Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.

• Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.

• Good resource planning skills.

• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.

• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
