Job summary

Deutsche Knowledge Services Pte. Ltd. in Manila is seeking a CFO Operations Manager for Transfer Pricing to lead end-to-end TP operations, oversee calculations, and ensure timely reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Tax, Governance and Technology. You will coordinate audits, drive process improvements, and guide a team in a high-control environment, with a midshift schedule (2pm–11pm) and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in transfer pricing operations and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership in a deadline-driven, controlled environment.
• Strong understanding of intercompany transactions and accounting controls.
• Project management capability: planning, milestones, risk/issue management, stakeholder reporting.
• Analytical thinking with concise management insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across Finance, Tax, Governance, Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Transfer Pricing Operations and close activities.
• Review accuracy of transfer pricing calculations and entries; resolve exceptions.
• Prepare and review analyses for Management Review Process (MRP) and Flash reporting.
• Monitor deadlines, capacity, dependencies and service risks.
• Engage across Governance, Tax, Finance, auditors and tech teams with clear ownership.
• Coordinate audit requests and process documentation; support audits.
• Lead projects on process improvement, automation, PaPM, SAP S/4HANA and controls.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and success measures; maintain logs and status reports.
• Drive change adoption with requirements validation, testing, and handover.
• Coach and develop the team, promote collaboration and a control mindset.
