Job summary

DWS Philippines is seeking a senior Transfer Pricing Operations Manager to lead end-to-end TP operations, including feasibility, implementation, billing, and close activities. You will oversee controls, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Tax and regional teams.

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, experience in transfer pricing, and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or PaPM. A mid-shift schedule (2pm–11pm) is considered. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field.
• Experience in transfer pricing operations, financial or management reporting, accounting operations, audit or financial services.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing operational delivery in a deadline-driven, controlled environment.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or PaPM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Transfer Pricing Operations including feasibility review, implementation, fee calculation, booking, invoicing, settlement and close.
• Review accuracy of transfer pricing calculations and accounting entries; investigate, resolve and document exceptions.
• Prepare and review analyses for the Management Review Process, Flash reporting and other management reporting needs.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests and evidence submissions with current process documentation.
• Drive projects related to process improvement, automation, controls, and operating-model changes.
