Job summary

DWS Group is seeking a CFO Operations Manager for Transfer Pricing in a hybrid setup. The role leads end-to-end TP operations, ensuring accurate calculations, filings, and timely close.

You will coordinate across Finance, Tax, Governance, and Tech, driving process improvements, automation, and change management to sustain strong internal controls and reliable reporting. Ideal candidates bring a strong accounting foundation, TP operations experience, and proven people leadership with SAP/S/4HANA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline with a strong accounting foundation.
• Experience in transfer pricing operations, financial or management reporting, and audits.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver in a deadline-driven, controlled environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting controls and intercompany transactions.
• Project management skills including planning, milestones and risk/issue management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across Finance, Tax, Governance, Technology and regional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP/SAP S/4HANA or PaPM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transfer pricing operations including feasibility, implementation, and close activities.
• Review transfer pricing calculations and accounting entries; ensure documentation and control.
• Prepare analyses and management reporting for MRPs and Flash reporting.
• Manage deadlines, capacity, dependencies and service risks; ensure timely financial reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across governance, tax, finance, auditors and tech teams; drive actions.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, process walkthroughs and evidence submissions.
• Lead projects on process improvement, automation, SAP S/4HANA, PaPM and controls.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, risks; maintain logs and provide status updates.
• Drive change adoption with requirements validation, testing, training and handover.
• Coach and develop the team; promote collaboration and a strong control mindset.
