Job summary

Foo Kon Tan LLP is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to lead the TP team, shaping growth strategy and client experience in the Asia-Pacific and Europe regions. You will drive tax advisory, documentation, and project management across regional assignments, while coordinating with the global network.

The role requires 8–10 years of TP experience, strong leadership, and in-depth knowledge of OECD and Singapore TP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Tax, Accounting or other relevant disciplines with 8-10 years of TP experience preferably in APAC and/or Europe.
• Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiar with OECD and Singapore TP guidelines; regional/global project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on Singapore and international tax matters, focusing on TP implications between related parties.
• Advise clients to comply with TP rules and plan tax and transfer pricing strategies per OECD and Singapore guidelines.
• Conduct functional analyses, benchmarking studies, and prepare transfer pricing documentation.
• Project manage regional and global TP projects; support tax authority inquiries or audits.
• Coordinate with HLB global network firms on client issues; identify business development opportunities.
