Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a Manager in Transfer Pricing with a CA qualification and 5–11 years of relevant experience to lead engagements and manage teams across client projects. You will review transfer pricing documentation, conduct benchmarking analyses, and coordinate with associates and other service lines to deliver high-quality TP studies and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-8 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams in transfer pricing
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
• Knowledge of OECD TP guidelines and international regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and report writing

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize transfer pricing documentation reports
• Identify international transactions and compute arm’s length prices
• Manage a team of associates and interns on client engagements
• Assist clients in transfer pricing planning and strategy
• Develop and maintain client relationships across service lines
• Conduct economic/ comparability analysis using relevant databases
• Prepare submissions for assessments and appellate levels
• Coordinate with other managers on planning and execution
• Deliver high-quality services that exceed client expectations
