Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a Transfer Pricing Specialist to support the Manager, International Transfer Pricing in delivering tax support on TP and related matters. You will analyze TP data, produce documentation, and participate in regional calls with stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a CA/CPA and a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics, with at least 3 years in a multinational setting, including Big 4 exposure, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA (or equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience with a multinational organisation, including Big 4 experience.
• Strong transfer pricing and international tax knowledge (OECD/BEPS).
• Excellent English communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on transfer pricing inquiries and conduct tax research.
• Monitor developments and ensure on-time submissions.
• Support local finance teams with transfer pricing documentation for regions.
• Review intercompany agreements and assist with external tax advice.
• Undertake tax compliance assignments and participate in regional calls.
