Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee accounting functions, ensure accuracy of financial records, and support audits. You will review daily processing, manage month‑end/year‑end closing, and develop policies aligned with company targets.

Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cash-flow reporting, and management reporting. Hybrid / dayshift role offering growth opportunities within a global services company.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or related field featuring extensive accounting coursework.
• With at least two years’ experience in corporate accounting or auditing.
• Accounting certification and US Tax experience are a plus.
• Broad exposure to accounting software (Netsuite, Workday) is a plus.
• Adept with Microsoft Office and relevant applications.

• Secure financial operations by monitoring and reviewing the daily transactions processing, including accounts payable, customer invoices, accounts receivable, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. This includes cascading new and recent updates and overseeing the onboarding orientation.
• Meet accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures, performing ledger account reconciliations, and maintaining the assignment attributes of the Chart of Accounts.
• Complete the month-end and year-end closing entries and processes.
• Provide accounting support for audits, prepare working papers and support schedules.
• Contribute to the accounting and organizational missions by preparing management reports.
• Prepare and monitor cash-flow report including actual and forecast.
• Complete all necessary training requirements and professional development opportunities.
