Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead and coordinate training development and delivery. You will partner with Program Managers to analyze needs, prioritize requests, and oversee learning projects from start to finish.

The role includes conducting train-the-trainer sessions, delivering sessions both face-to-face and remotely, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve learning outcomes. A proactive communicator with strong analytical skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and process-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and manage development and delivery requests with Program Managers.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for developed curricula.
• Manage learning projects within time and budget constraints.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership on outcomes and impact.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and ensure content readiness for sessions.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.
• Conducts any necessary train-the-trainer sessions for the curriculum they have developed for other trainers.
  
• Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
  
• Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.
  
• Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials, and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready
  
• Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
  
• Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote
  
• Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback
