Job summary

Ubiquity in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a Training Supervisor who will drive the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs. You’ll partner with Program Managers, coach trainers, and oversee projects to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes delivering impactful training across in-person and remote formats.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.
• Conducts any necessary “train-the-trainer” sessions for the curriculum they have developed for other trainers.
  
• Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
  
• Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.
  
• Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials, and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready
  
• Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
  
• Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote
  
• Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback
