Ubiquity in Laguna is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead program development, analyze needs, and coach performers across teams. This role focuses on delivering high-quality learning solutions with a strong emphasis on impact and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.
• Conducts any necessary “train-the-trainer” sessions for the curriculum they have developed for other trainers.
• Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
• Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.
• Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials, and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready
• Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
• Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote
• Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback
