Job summary

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila invites applications for a Training Officer role. You will organize and monitor hotel training activities to ensure alignment with the hotel's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate in Psychology or related field, with at least 2 years in hospitality, fluent in English, and capable of tailoring training programs to specific job functions. You are a motivator, detail-oriented and a team-builder.

Qualifications

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Psychology or in the same capacity.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the Hospitality industry or in the same capacity.
• Preferably has excellent skills in developing an annual Training Plan.
• Preferably fluent in both oral and written English.
• Preferably has experience in tailoring generic skill and knowledge training to specific job related functions to address training needs.
• Preferably creative and with an eye for details
• Preferably outgoing and people oriented
• Motivator, self-starter and a team-builder
• Displays initiative and commitment to professional values

Responsibilities

DUTIES
