Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate tailored training initiatives to address the evolving skill gaps within our organisation

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align learning objectives with business goals

• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides and participant workbooks

• Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, providing data-driven insights to continually improve the learning experience

• Mentor and coach our team of training professionals, fostering a culture of continuous development

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development

About you
