Job summary

eLink Systems and Concepts Corporation is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead and develop the Training Team in Cebu City. The role focuses on aligning training programs with business needs, coaching instructors, and delivering high-quality curricula.

You will drive learning initiatives and collaborate with Sales Leaders to enhance performance. Responsibilities include conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions, applying Training Needs Analysis, and ensuring trainees are well-prepared to support

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Training Team to ensure consistent delivery of training programs.
• Design, plan, and implement Training Needs Analysis to identify developmental opportunities and performance gaps.
• Develop and execute classroom curricula and Nesting Programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to Sales Operations objectives by ensuring qualified trainees.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and monitor trainer effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify performance gaps and provide training support.
• Drive continuous learning initiatives to enhance product knowledge and performance.

Special Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Training Supervisor or in a related leadership role within Training and Development
• Willing and capable of working flexible schedules and extended hours when necessary to meet business demands and operational requirements
• Demonstrates and models exemplary leadership behaviors aligned with the company’s values, culture, and professional standards
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the full Training and Development Cycle, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Design, Training Implementation, and Training Evaluation

• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and monitor trainer effectiveness through regular training and coaching observations
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to identify performance gaps and provide continuous training support
