AFNI Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead trainer teams and oversee the end-to-end delivery of training programs in a fast-paced environment located in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
The role focuses on driving learner performance, certification readiness, and alignment with client and company standards. You will supervise Trainers, conduct coaching and performance reviews, and partner with Operations to ensure seamless transition from training to production.
The Training Supervisor is responsible for leading trainer teams, ensuring effective training delivery, driving learner performance, and supporting operational readiness. This position manages the day-to-day execution of training programs, coaching trainers, monitoring class performance, and ensuring learners successfully achieve certification and proficiency goals.
Supervise the execution of new hire, upskilling, cross-skilling, and development training programs.
Ensure training classes are delivered consistently, effectively, and in accordance with company and client standards.
Monitor class performance, attendance, graduation rates, and learner engagement.
Ensure training schedules, staffing, and classroom resources are aligned with business needs.
Directly supervise Trainers and Senior Trainers.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Develop trainer facilitation, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
Lead trainer calibration sessions to ensure instructional consistency.
Identify and develop future training leaders.
Monitor learner progress throughout training.
Identify at-risk learners and implement intervention plans.
Ensure learners meet certification, proficiency, and readiness requirements.
Partner with Operations to support successful transition from training to production.
Drive learner accountability and engagement throughout the training process.
Coach trainers on facilitation, learner engagement, classroom management, and performance improvement techniques.
Analyze learner and trainer performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support a coaching culture focused on behavior change and measurable performance outcomes.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, Recruiting, and Human Resources to ensure alignment on training priorities.
Communicate training performance, risks, and readiness updates to leadership teams.
Participate in client meetings, audits, and business reviews as needed.
Serve as a key liaison between Training and Operations.
Track and report key training metrics, including:
Graduation rates
Certification rates
Speed-to-proficiency
Nesting performance
Quality performance
Sales performance
Attendance and attrition
Conduct root cause analysis and implement action plans to improve results.
Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure effective use of learning technologies, LMS platforms, virtual learning tools, simulators, and AI-enabled coaching systems.
Monitor trainer and learner adoption of digital learning tools.
Support implementation of new learning technologies and training innovations.
Leverage available data and technology to improve learner outcomes.
Ensure training programs comply with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Maintain training audit readiness and documentation compliance.
Monitor curriculum adherence and instructional quality.
Participate in quality reviews and continuous improvement activities.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning.
Promote learner-centered and performance-driven training practices.
Support change management and organizational initiatives.
