Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Training Program Development & Delivery specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training for employees at all levels, both in-person and online.

The role involves needs analysis, instructional design, materials creation, assessments, and maintaining records, with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and drive program improvements.

• Needs analysis and instructional design
• Development of training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, simulations)
• Delivery of training sessions (in-person and online)
• Record-keeping of attendance, completion and evaluation results
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions
• Provide ongoing training support and issue resolution
• Assist in updating materials and maintaining training records
• Analyze training data to identify improvements and recommend program enhancements
• Ensure training programs comply with regulations and policies

Job description

Training Program Development & Delivery:

• Assist in the design and development of comprehensive training programs,
• including:
• Needs analysis and instructional design
• Development of engaging training materials (e.g., presentations, manuals,
• videos, simulations)
• Creation of assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (both in-person and online) to
• employees at all levels.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and evaluation
• results.

Training Support & Administration:

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and participant
• registration.
• Provide ongoing support to employees and managers regarding training-related
• concerns and issues.
• Assist in the administration of existing training programs, including updating
• materials and maintaining training records.

Performance Support & Improvement:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee training
• needs.
• Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make
• recommendations for program enhancements.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and company
• policies.
• Maintain high-quality training standards and continuously seek opportunities for
• improvement.
