Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Training Program Development & Delivery professional to design, implement, and refine learning initiatives across the organization. You will analyze needs, craft engaging materials, and measure outcomes to ensure impact.

You’ll deliver both in-person and online sessions, coordinate sessions and registrations, and maintain thorough training records. Strong language skills and LMS proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog, and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Support skills for employee training concerns.
• Analytical skills for training data analysis.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of comprehensive training programs, including needs analysis and instructional design.
• Develop engaging training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, simulations).
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (in-person and online) to employees at all levels.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and evaluation results.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and registrations.
• Provide ongoing support to employees and managers regarding training concerns.
• Assist in administering existing programs, updating materials and training records.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and improvements.
• Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
• Ensure all programs comply with regulations and company policies.

Job description

Training Program Development & Delivery:

• Assist in the design and development of comprehensive training programs, including:

• Needs analysis and instructional design

• Development of engaging training materials (e.g., presentations, manuals, videos, simulations)

• Creation of assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (both in-person and online) to employees at all levels.

Training Support & Administration:

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and participant registration.

• Provide ongoing support to employees and managers regarding training-related concerns and issues.

Performance Support & Improvement:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee training needs.

• Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high-quality training standards and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
