Job summary

Anytime Fitness Superstars seeks a People Development Specialist to drive employee onboarding, training, and development across clubs. You will design and update training modules, facilitate sessions, and support performance evaluations and coaching programs.

The role requires collaborating with club managers and department heads, delivering in-person and virtual training, and continuously improving learning materials and processes to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in Learning and Development, Training, HR, Performance Management or similar.
• Strong training and facilitation skills with engaging learners.
• Experience creating training modules, presentations, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Assess training needs and organize relevant programs for club teams.
• Coordinate training with managers and stakeholders and conduct sessions.
• Create and update training modules, manuals, and learning materials.
• Monitor training attendance and evaluate program effectiveness.
