Job summary

SPS Training & Consultancy Services Inc. is seeking a Training Facilitator to conduct and facilitate training sessions both in classroom and field settings. The role supports module development, needs analyses, and post-training evaluations.

A hybrid work setup and willingness to travel are required, with office based in Ortigas, Pasig. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in training delivery and a strong ability to coach and engage participants across diverse topics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years or more experience in training delivery, facilitation, and coaching.
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
• Amenable to hybrid setup and do fieldworks (Office: Ortigas, Pasig).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• - At least 2 years or more experience in training delivery, facilitation, and coaching.
• - Highly knowledgeable in hobbies such as card collecting, comics, sports, anime.
• - Must have an experience in discussing the topic of Sales, Retail and the likes.
• - Preferably with prior experience in developing training modules/slides/decks.
• - Knowledgeable in using MS Office and Google Workspace.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
