Job summary

BagoSphere in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Trainer to shape transformative learning experiences. You will engage participants with dynamic, student-centered lessons, using technology to tailor content for diverse needs. Lead online and onsite sessions, coordinate logistics, and assess learner progress to drive improvement.

You will craft detailed reports and contribute to curriculum development, with travel across the Philippines and Southeast Asia as needed to support client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related fields; Master’s preferred
• 3–5 years of adult training experience
• Proficient in English (C1) and Filipino
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines and Southeast Asia
• Experience delivering online and onsite training sessions

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, Business, and other Development-related Courses. A Master's degree in related fields is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience supervising or managing others.
• With 3-5 years of adult training experience.
• Highly adept with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools like Zoom, Slack, etc.
• Proficient in verbal and written English (C1 level) and Filipino
• Physically and emotionally fit to conduct training online and onsite.
• Willing and able to travel around the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• (Trainings may take place in different locations, and the frequency of travel may vary from time to time depending on the schedules provided by our clients and the project you will be assigned to.)
