Responsibilities

• Develop a department of well-trained professionals and promote continuous improvement.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Lead quarterly one-on-ones with Trainers.
• Coordinate with the Quality Supervisor and Operations on consistency.
• Create and maintain training schedules and tools.
• Foster relationships with Training Managers, Operations, and other managers.
• Oversee development of training workbooks and materials.
