Concentrix Philippines is seeking a senior leader for Training and Quality to serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal leaders. You will drive the Training and Quality framework and oversee governance of performance across geographies.

Lead the tech infusion of Concentrix tools and support growth ramps with demand planning in a lean model. Strong analytical skills and transformation experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership in Training & Quality at scale.
• Experience leading enterprise T&Q functions supporting thousands of headcounts across geographies.
• Transformation experience (AI-enabled learning, automation) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Single point of contact for Clients and Concentrix leaders for Training and Quality.
• Drive execution and consistency in Training and Quality Framework.
• Drive Tech Infusion of Concentrix tools.
• Support seasonal / growth ramps.
• Governance of performance.
• Client Engagement through Workshops.
• Responsible for Training & Quality Client VOC.
• Manage & expand Training and Quality as a Service.
• Manage workforce ratios and end to end demand using a lean resourcing model.
