This role is a full onsite role in Northgate Alabang and on a graveyard shift from 9pm to 6am.
Quality and training have always been part of how HSM Worx operates, handled within our broader management roles. As we grow, we're giving them a home of their own: a dedicated Quality & Training department. This is the founding role for that department, and you'll be the first person to own it end to end. You'll build the structure, systems, and processes that let it run as its own function, set the standard for how we train our people and measure quality, and make sure every client we support gets consistent, high-quality service.
You'll sharpen how we work with our current clients and build the training and quality checks that new clients need as they come on board. Along the way, you'll work closely with people across the company to understand how the work actually gets done and turn that knowledge into something repeatable.
It's a role for someone who wants to build, not maintain, and who's ready to grow into leading a team as the function expands.
Design training, certification, and QA programs for specific roles and clients across our current and future service lines.
Establish and Improve QA and training standards, frameworks, and scorecards as needed.
Review undocumented processes and established clear SOP’s and training materials.
Establish and run QA efforts to ensure quality service and drive continuous improvements.
Lead calibration sessions with internal teams and clients so quality is scored consistently.
Track and report on quality, training completion, and certification results.
Deliver training and one-on-one coaching to individuals and teams.
Identify where people are struggling and build focused ways to close the gap.
Support new-client onboarding by mapping their processes and standing up the right training and quality checks.
Partner with teams across the organization to learn how the work gets done and build quality into it from the start.
Keep programs aligned with client and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA where it applies.
3 to 5 years in Quality Assurance, Training, or Learning & Development.
Real experience building or standardizing programs from scratch, not just running ones handed to you.
A track record of running audits, delivering training, and coaching people to improve.
Comfort turning data into clear, practical decisions.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with U.S.-based clients.
Self-direction, and the ability to make progress without waiting for a playbook.
Tech-savvy, and someone who puts AI and modern tools to work to move faster.
Comfortable managing several priorities at once and staying organized in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
[Preferred] Experience in U.S. healthcare operations and/or workforce management (recruiting, scheduling, payroll, HR etc’).
You like building from the ground up and turning unstructured work into clear systems. You're resourceful about finding the information you need, comfortable with the shifts that come with a growing company, and you take real ownership of what you build.
