Responsibilities

• Develop training programs, modules, and materials including presentations and assessments.
• Understand and align with company policies, store procedures, and training programs.
• Continuously update training content to reflect standards and best practices.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with departments to align content with policies and operations.
• Design programs for diverse learning styles and deliver engaging sessions.
• Prepare materials and logistics for each training session and schedule.
• Facilitate sessions using various instructional methods and adapt delivery to learners.
• Gather feedback and use it to improve training effectiveness.
• Onboard and orient new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Conduct refresher trainings and store immersions to reinforce knowledge.
• Maintain training records, generate reports, and issue certificates.
