Job summary

Bureau Veritas do Brasil is seeking a Training Manager to steer the growth of our training division. The role combines operational excellence, business acumen, and market leadership to drive revenue and customer success across TIC training.

Responsibilities include planning programs, managing trainers, marketing content, and developing new products with SMEs. Strong communication, 5+ years in management within TIC/manufacturing, and Lead Auditor experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management or equivalent or Degree in Science or Engineering with Business Development for Technical Sales.
• 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing or TIC related fields.
• 5+ years as Lead Auditor and understanding TIC training needs.
• 5+ years as Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Plan training programs for all schemes and coordinate with trainers and back office.
• Manage trainers’ competency and liaise with ITC.
• Curate marketing content for LinkedIn/websites for lead generation and campaigns.
• Identify market trends and assist in new product development with SMEs.
• Build a team of non-exclusive trainers to back up internal staff.
• Develop customer journey through digital transformation and manage pricing/P&L.

Join our dynamic team as a Training Manager and lead the strategic growth of our training division. This is a high-impact role that combines operational excellence, business acumen, and market leadership to drive revenue growth and customer success.

• To plan for training programs for ALL schemes and collaborate with trainers, and back office team – from training content, materials, date, venue.
• Manage trainers’ competency and training and liaison with ITC.
• Curate Marketing content for LinkedIn/websites for lead generation. Manage marketing campaign and Salesforce campaign, supported by marketing executive.
• Identify market trends for training and assist in the creation or development of new products, in conjunction with subject matter experts aligned to the business strategy
• Build a team of non-exclusive trainers to back up internal trainers.
• Work with the enterprise and resellers managers to implement fit-for purpose and highly profitable resellers and enterprise strategy
• Cultivate relationships with major industry bodies, and educational or training institutions to promote training.
• Develop and ensure a more strategic customer journey through digital transformation.
• Develop on-demand training with external provider.
• Manage customized training for client’s who prefer to do it in-house. – Training program, plan, duration and selling price.
• Be responsible for pricing models and P&L for training business. ( SALES and Revenue)
• Ensure positive customer satisfaction through NPS/post training feedback form.
• Manage Certificate issuance and delivery.
• Sales, Margin, Pipeline and Revenue reporting.
• Coach and Train new Training team members, attract and retain key talents.
• Others to be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualification:

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the preferred industry

Skills & Competencies:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management or equivalent or Degree in Science or Engineering with Business Development for Technical Sales
• At least five (5) years of management experience in manufacturing or any TIC related field combined
• At least five (5) years as Lead Auditor and understand TIC Training needs.
• At least five (5) years as Trainer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications
