Job summary

Ubiquity is hiring a Training Implementation Officer to drive end-to-end training programs with a focus on content development, delivery, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with content teams to design modules, conduct needs analyses, and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions across client projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on program execution, documentation, and knowledge management to ensure successful transitions from implementation to operations while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, implementation, or related field supporting Customer Experience (CX)
• Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitator-led training delivery
• Familiarity with LMS and virtual training platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and classroom tech

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders during program implementation
• Participate in weekly internal and client meetings from kick-off to operations transition
• Develop training content including modules, presentations, e-learning, job aids, and resources
• Review documentation such as storyboards and user guides
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and other training formats as needed
• Lead planning and execution of TTT, certification, calibration, and supplemental training
• Coordinate with Learning Operations to schedule and monitor training delivery
• Maintain the training Masterfile and update data accurately
• Update curricula after nesting periods and support handoffs to Learning Operations
• Track and communicate questions to clients for timely resolution
• Provide feedback on training delivery to trainers and leadership
• Prepare post-training RUN inputs and knowledge resources
• Participate in cross-team case study discussions
