Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Training Implementation Officer to support the successful launch of new programs by coordinating training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. You will work across internal and external partners throughout the implementation life cycle, from kickoff to hand-off, with emphasis on training needs and curricular updates.

The role involves leading Train-the-Trainer sessions, maintaining the training Masterfile, and communicating progress to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be a regular employee of Ubiquity.
• Minimum 6 months in current role and department.
• 2+ years in training, implementation, or a related field supporting Risk and Compliance (preferably Investigations, Fraud, KYC/IDV/CIP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated experience in training and curriculum design.
• Familiarity with computer-based training systems and multimedia tools.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of multimedia tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across programs.
• Collaborate with content development to create training modules and materials.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis via surveys and assessments.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions and manage trainer certification.
• Maintain training Masterfile and update data.
• Support program handoff to Training Operations.
• Monitor risks and escalate red flags.
• Prepare post-training reports and update knowledge bases.
